美国加州65（PROP65）新“警告标识”下月生效

新法规对消费品的暴露警告内容的主要要求：

（a）标志为里面带一个黑色感叹号的边框加粗的黄色等边三角形，标志也可以黑白打印。标志应放在暴露警告内容文字的左边，字号不小于“WARNING”的高度。

（b）“WARNING”的字母全部大写并加粗打印。

（1）对列表中致癌物质的暴露，表述为“This product can expose you to chemicals including [name of one or more chemicals], which is [are] known to the State of California to cause cancer. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.”。 

（2）对列表中生殖毒性物质的暴露，表述为“This product can expose you to chemicals including [name of one or more chemicals], which is [are] known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.” 。

（3）对既有列表中致癌物质又有列表中生殖毒性物质的暴露，表述为“This product can expose you to chemicals including [name of one or more chemicals], which is [are] known to the State of California to cause cancer, and [name of one or more chemicals], which is [are] known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.” 。

（4）对列表中既有致癌性又有生殖毒性的物质的暴露，表述为“This product can expose you to chemicals including [name of one or more chemicals], which is [are] known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.”。

（5）在(1)(2)(3)(4)中，当只暴露于一个单一的物质时，暴露警告中的“chemicals including”可以删除。

（c）产品上的暴露警告，可以采用短标签的形式。短标签应包含以下要素：

（1）标志的要求与（a）相同

（2）“WARNING”的字母全部大写并加粗打印。整个标签的字号不能小于商品上其它信息的字号，且不得小于6号。

① 对列表中致癌物质的暴露，表述为“Cancer - www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.”。

② 对列表中生殖毒性物质的暴露，表述为“Reproductive Harm - www.P65Warnings.ca.gov. ”

（d）如果以短标签的形式提供暴露警告，表述中可以不包含化学物质的名称。
